Before you register to use this site of any of the site’s services. We reserve the right to only accept order from whom are 18 years or older. Our registered address is Ruigendijkweg 1, 4301 RX Zierikzee, the Netherlands. Our VAT number is NL8215.90.649.B.01 We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please read the Terms and Conditions and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

If an offer has a limited validity or has other specifications, this will be emphatically mentioned. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and services. We have made every effort to display the products accurately as possible, for example the colours. However, as computers may vary, we cannot guarantee that your computer display any colour as accurate. Each offer contains such information that it is clear for the consumer which rights and obligations are related to the offer when it is accepted by you as consumer. This concerns in particular: - price inclusive taxes for countries within the EU - possible costs of delivery - the manner in which the agreement has been concluded and the necessary signatures - whether to apply the right of withdrawal - the method of payment, delivery and performance of the contract All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased in the meanwhile by other customers. Omoda.com offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre.
3. Pricing Policy
3.1 Pricing Policy in EU countries Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT for the EU countries. When selecting your country, you see that currency. However, when paying your order you will pay in Euros. We import the latest currency rates everyday on 00.01 Central European Time. Due to the fact that currency rates can change during the day, it might be possible that the prices in Euros are not 100% accurate. The packages with a destination in EU will be shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis and incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. (Countries that belong to the European Union (EU) latest update on 01.01.2014: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom)
3.2 Pricing Policy non-EU countries When you are not located in an EU-country, we recommend you to click on the link at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations. Then the prices will be shown in your country’s currency. However, when paying your order, you will pay in Euros. We import the latest currency rates everyday on 00.01 AM Central European Time. Due to the fact that currency rates can change during the day, it might be possible that the prices in Euros are not 100% accurate. The products prices displayed are standard inclusive 21% VAT. The packages with a destination outside the EU will be shipped as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). As the recipient, you need to be aware for the (extra) costs for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
For orders on Omoda.com we accept Visa and MasterCard. For some EU countries we also offer local payment methods. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at the checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. One the payment is completed, you will return to Omoda.com. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use for the payment. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Omoda.com, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take care that the transactions on this site are in a safe and secure payment environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Omoda.com uses Secure Socker Layer (SSL) technology. Now and then Omoda.com has promotion codes which can be entered during the order. The promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore they cannot be used combined with any other promotion code or offers. A promotion code cannot be used after the order has been placed.
5. Delivery and Execution
Omoda.com shall observe in utmost care the reception and execution of orders of products and when assessing applications for services. The address that has been made known you to Omoda.com is considered to be the delivery place. If the delivery is delayed or if a delivery cannot or partially be executed, you will be notified about this no later than 30 days after placing the order. In that case you have the right to terminate the agreement without any further costs and you are entitled to compensation. In the event of termination Omoda.com will pay back the amount that has been paid as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after the termination. If the delivery of an ordered product appears to be impossible, Omoda.com shall strive to make available a replacement product. At least before the delivery it will be mentioned in a clear and understandable manner that a replacement product will be delivered. The right of withdrawal cannot be ruled out with regard to replacement products. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rest with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery at the consumer or a pre-designated and an announced representative to the entrepreneur, unless otherwise expressly agreed. If you receive a damaged product, you should report this by email within three days. You can send this email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. Returns and exchanges
After purchasing products you have the possibility to disband the agreement without giving reasons during 14 days. The cooling off period starts on the day after you receive the product. During the cooling off period the items should be returned unused and with the designer garment still attached. Returns that are damaged of soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund will be refused. Where provided, the packaging, such as dust bags and tags, should be included with your return. TIP: When fitting your new shoes, try it on a carpeted surface before wear! Making a return or exchange for another product you have to fill in the return form, which is enclosed with your original package. You can easily follow the steps on this form to complete your return. Enclose this form with your return package. Make sure you frank your parcel and receive a proof of sending. When returning your order from the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, you can send the return package for free. You will receive a refund for the returned products only. When you ordered from the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany and you are returning the complete order, you will receive a refund for the delivery costs as well. Customs duties are non-refundable through Omoda.com. However, you may able to contact the local customs bureau directly. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. 7. Complaints If you have a complaint about us, please email to email@example.com giving full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and your full name, address and contact details. The complaints submitted will be answered within a period of 14 days from the day of receipt. If a complaint has a foreseeable longer processing time, Omoda.com will answer within 14 days an acknowledgement and an indication when you will receive a more detailed answer. If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement then there is a dispute that is subject to the dispute settlement. 8. Disputes Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements between the seller and buyer whereupon these general conditions/terms are related to. In case of disputes you can approach Thuiswinkel Waarborg and this foundation will mediate for free. If both parties cannot come up to a solution then the complaint can be handled by Stichting Geschil Online. (GeschilOnline.nl Foundation) The ruling of this foundation is binding and both the consumer and the seller accept this binding ruling.
