Quality is important to Omoda, therefore we check all the items before shipment. Unfortunately it can occur that you receive a product which is faulty or for example discoloured. Please contact our customer service directly after receiving your order via email@example.com
The quality of our products and service is important to us. We aim to satisfy the customers with our products and service. It may happen that you are not satisfied with the products you have received. In that case we recommend you to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of your complaint. When it is about a faulty product, please attach pictures of the item. We will answer your complaint as soon as possible.
With complaints about the products, we want to refer to the warranty period.
When you have a complaint about Omoda and we can't solve this problem, you can contact the arbitration board of Thuiswinkel Organisatie. You can reach them via www.sgc.nl.
You receive standard legal guarantee on all your purchases. There is no fixed term to the legal guarantee, since this differs per product. That means that a product must meet, what you as a consumer, can reasonably expect from the product.

The warranty and the warranty period is based on the European law and general conditions of the Dutch Thuiswinkel Organisatie. The period starts on the day of purchase. The manufacturer’s warranty differs for each manufacturer.
Every complaint will be assessed by us, but the following defects are not covered by the guarantee:
Normal wear of soles/heels.
Normal damage or wear to the heel.
Bare noses due to external wear and or non-maintenance of the item.
Bare spots in shoes due to external wear and normal use.
Damage due to external influences on the shoe such as chemicals, sharp objects etc.
Size complains and or physical discomfort such as blisters, width, compression etc.
The incorrect or extremely intensive use of the item. For example a stiletto that breaks off after climbing a mountain.
Wear and other traces of use can often be prevented by using the recommended maintenance items that are available in the online shop or Omoda stores in the Netherlands and Belgium.
