The quality of the products and our service is important to us. Our aim is to satisfy the customers with our products and the service. It may happen that you are not satisfied with the products you have received. Therefore we recommend you to send an e-mail to email@example.com with a description about your complaint. When it is about a faulty product, please attach pictures of the item. We will answer your complaint as soon as possible.
With complaints about the products, we want to refer to the warranty period.
When you have a complaint about Omoda.com and we cannot solve this problem, you can contact the arbitration board of Thuiswinkel Organisatie. You can reach them via www.sgc.nl.
The warranty period is according to the legal rights of the costumer, which is 6 months after you have received your order. Do you have a complaint after those 6 months, you sometimes can make an appeal to the warranty of the manufacturer of the product, although this period is mostly no longer than 6 months after you have received your order.

The warranty and the warranty period is based on the European law and general conditions of the Dutch Thuiswinkel Organisatie. The period starts on the day of purchase. The manufacturer’s warranty differs for each manufacturer.
The wear of soles and heels, bare noses of kids shoes, give off and wear of lining in case of excessive transpiration, broken zippers and other defects caused by the mistaken behaviour of the customer which can’t be blamed by the seller, won’t get reimbursed.
A lot of damage can be prevented with the use of the right maintenance products, which also can be bought in the Omoda shop.
