At Omoda you can pay with credit card (both Mastercard and Visa) and via PayPal. We can reassure you that your payment is safe. We encrypt your credit card details via the SSL method and this is always secured. During the payment you will be asked for your CVC code. You can find this 3-digit code on the back of your credit card, as the last 3 digits.
When choosing to pay via Paypal, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website right after you place your order. Here you can sign up for a new account, or log in with your existing Paypal username and confirm the payment. After the payment we will send you an order confirmation.
At Omoda.com it is not possible to pay your order afterwards. However, do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? You can buy your favourite products on www.omoda.nl or www.omoda.be. In the check-out you can choose the method to pay after receiving the order. Unfortunately this option to pay is not available for other countries
Both Omoda.com and our physical stores in the Netherlands and Belgium reflect identical pricing.
This means you will pay the same price where ever you buy at Omoda.
The standard currency at Omoda.com is Euro’s. When you choose your country in the upper left corner of the website, the currency of your country will be shown. However, the payment will be in Euro’s. To want to make sure that the different currencies are accurate, the exchange rates will be daily imported at 00.01 AM (CET). Therefore there might be a slight difference in the rate during the day.
After we have received the returned item(s) in our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. When you are returning the complete order, the value of your items will be refunded. Please note that it can take around 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items. Note for customers outside the EU: Please be aware that the amount of extra costs you have paid for in example customs and import duties are on you. Omoda is not responsible for these extra costs and these are not refundable.
