If you want to return your items, you can return them within 100 days. These 100 days start on the day your order is delivered.
Did you make an order with your Club Omoda Account? Please log in into your account and select the order to return. Select the items you would like to return and click on "return". You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Did you purchase without a Club Omoda Account? Fill in your return form which is included in your package.
After filling in the return form, you can send the package back to us with any parcel service you like. We recommend you to choose the parcel service which is the cheapest for you. Returning items is for own costs. Did you order from the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany? Then the returning costs are free. For these countries, a free return label is added with your order.

Nothing haunts you like the shoes that don’t fit. We completely understand, that’s why we give you time to think if you want to keep your purchase. You can return your unworn purchase within the next 100 days after receiving it. Also, within these first 100 days, you can let us know if you want to return the purchase. Thereafter you have 14 days to return the actual product(s). This also applies to products on sale. Take a look at the frequently asked questions and answers to find out how to return. To ensure you don’t damage the shoes when trying them on, we recommend to do so on a soft surface indoors. Think of a carpet or a rug.
Important is to pack the unworn product in it’s original packaging (when possible), together with the original labels and/or stickers. Place this package in the Omoda shipping box. If you no longer have one, another shipping box is sufficient. As soon as we receive your returned shipment, we will check on damage and defects. If the item is damaged, costs as a result of depreciation will be charged.
Do you want to exchange your shoes for another size? Or do you like another colour better? Or do you want another model? You can exchange your item within 100 days. However, be aware that you have to pay for new delivery costs.
When you have a Club Omoda account, please follow the next steps:
- Log in into your account and go to that specific order.
- Click on the product you would like to exchange and follow the next steps:
- Choose the product you would like to return and click on “finish”
- The new product is now reserved for you and will send directly after we received your return package
- In case the price of the new product is higher as your original item, you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions. If your new item is cheaper than your original item, we will transfer the money back once we received your package. It can take around 3-5 business days when the money is back into your original payment method.
Did you made your order without a Club Omoda Account? Then fill in the return form, which is added in each package. Fill in which items you want to exchange for which item. Then return your package to Omoda. See “How can I return my order?”
When you return of exchange items, the shipping costs are for your own. In case of exchanging an item, you will have to pay the new delivery costs again. Be aware that the costs for sending back items to Omoda are for your own costs. Therefore we recommend to compare different parcel services, and choose the less expensive one. It is recommended to keep the proof of sending.
In general for all countries, when you return of exchange your items, the costs of delivery will not be refunded.
Did you order from the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany? And are you returning the complete order? Then you will receive your delivery costs back as well.
Note for customers outside the EU: Please be aware that the amount of extra costs you have paid for in example customs and import duties are for yourself. Omoda is not responsible for these extra costs and are thus not refundable.
On the day you receive your order, you have 100 days to return your product.
Omoda has physical shops in both the Netherlands as Belgium. It is possible to return or exchange your products in one of our stores. Do not forget to add the return form (which is enclosed in your delivery package) when you will return in one of the physical shops.
It is up to you how you will return products to us. We recommend to choose a cheap parcel service. Mostly, the parcel services that can pick up your return products at your home, are more expensive than the standard parcel services.
